Quick Flow for Italy helps you to check the completeness of the information on master data and documents. QuickFlow allows you to create different workflows and send notification e-mails about status changes.
This app extends Quick Flow app with specific local functionalities.
You can apply Quick Flow to a predefined set of entities:
- Master data (Customer, Vendor, Item, G/L account, Resource, Job, Contact)
- Sales documents (Quote, Order, Invoice, Credit Memo, Blanket order, Return Order)
- Purchase documents (Quote, Order, Invoice, Credit Memo, Blanket order, Return Order)
- Service documents (Quote, Order, Invoice, Credit Memo)
- Transfer orders
- Vendor Bills
For each entity you can set up users, fields control, functions execution and personalized workflow status changes.
